We use personal information only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes below and do not use it for other purposes without the individual’s consent, except where permitted by law.

Personal identification numbers (“My Number”) governed by Japan’s My Number Act will be used only within the scope of the purposes stated below.

Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties
We do not provide collected personal data to third parties without the individual’s prior consent, except where permitted by law.
Outsourcing the Handling of Personal Data
When outsourcing the handling of personal data, we assess the appropriateness of the provider based on its security controls, enter into an agreement defining confidentiality and other supervisory requirements, and exercise appropriate oversight.
Continuous Improvement
We periodically review this policy and related rules as necessary and continuously improve our handling of personal data.
