and NEXTMAKE established a partnership.

- 2 Improving the technical capabilities of Cambodia's next generation of IT engineers and contributing to national development
AUPP and NEXTMAKE Form a Partnership
NEXTMAKE and AUPP jointly developed a course where AUPP IT students can study Japanese and gain practical knowledge of Japan's technology industry.
AUPP is one of Cambodia's leading four-year universities. It follows a U.S.-based curriculum and conducts all classes in English.
NEXTMAKE supports AUPP IT students who complete the Japanese IT Pathway Program in finding employment with Japanese technology companies.

As Japan's population ages and shrinks, talent shortages will continue to deepen across every industry. At the same time, digital technology is essential to operational improvement, productivity, and new ways of working. If there are not enough people to build and maintain that technology, the consequences will extend far beyond the systems industry to every sector that increasingly depends on it.
